Frame used to have a great automated tutorial that shipped with the product back in the v4 and v5 days. It looks like it is gone now---even my old copy of v6 doesn't appear to have it. A shame, as it was very thorough and well-written.

I've got a personal copy and I'm ready to dig in on my own.
I'm thinking an online training course would be a good idea. I'd like it cheap, relatively quick (not looking for a semester course), and thorough.
What's the BEST way to learn FrameMaker?
Comments or suggestions?
