Linking in WORD 2003

I can create caption links and links to sections in a WORD document.
But, I've added an Attachment A at the very end of document and mention
it's presence at the top of document, just after the Table of Figures.

How do I create a link from the mention of the "Attachment A" at the top
of my document that reader can select cont/left click key combination
and go directly to Attachment A?
