Yeah, I have worked with one when it comes to dealing with project
estimates.

First, decide how long the task should take. (Example: 2 days)

Next, multiply by 2. (4 days)

Finally, convert the units to the next highest measure (4 weeks)

That's the estimate I turn in. It has been as good as any other.
