Hello All!

Greetings!!

Has anybody been using interactive product demonstrations
(say a Flash demo etc.,) bundled along with your 
product documentation? (For instance, use a demonstration
to explain a series of configuration steps etc for any UI) 

If you did, how did you go about planning to present any such module?
And do you think it has been received well by your user groups?

And if you haven't or have been evaluating the option, what are
the challenges you predict?

Could someone please help me understand the PROs
& CONs of such an approach?
