Thanks for the informative response. In particular,
your below comment really caught my attention. A W2
contractor agency recently implied to me that $45 per
hour pay was "big bucks". However, according to the
on-line Contractor's Handbook, $45 per hour as a W2
contractor is the same as $45 K per year as an
employee with typical benefits - actually potentially
much less if the TW has any significant downtime
between assignments.
