I don't have to imagine, I've worked it. It's called a 3-shift operation.
Most manufacturers have been doing it forever. Some even run 24-7 (paper,
plastics, petrochemicals, et al). So, if the "24 hour a day project
schedule" is what you need, there's no need to look at outsourcing to
India. There are plenty of unemployed programmers right here in the US and
Canada who would work offshift if it meant having a job.
