Wow! Assuming the economist wasn't blowing smoke, that is good news.

It's been theorized on the Katrina-related threads here that the
rebuilding of business infrastructure in New Orleans will require good
TW's and document/content specialists to manage everything. Might that
account for some of Florida's growth?

It's impossible to gauge the market based on D.C. Everything here is
distorted, from jobs to housing. It's one reason why I like it. ;P
