The first day I worked with Frame 6 I found it necessary to go to
microtype and get the keyboard shortcuts.

I prefer the PDF version, but someone may prefer Word, perhaps to
reorganize the shortcut tables. I myself find that using Word
side-by-side with Frame is not a problem.
