Is there someway to build in a security pass into HTML Help, so that the
pop-up blocker doesn't appear when you launch the help files? I'm using
AuthorIT to output HTML pages (not a chm). I followed the instructions
for rigging the help to always display the TOC/Index/Search frame when a
single html page is called. However, now the pop-up blocker appears
twice; first before opening the target page, and then to display the
TOC/Index/Search frame. We would like to stop the blocker altogether,
but just for the help.
