The Red Cross has been hiring TWs off and on for contract work over the
last couple of years. Most of the work is in the DC area and you can
submit your resume or receive notifications via their website
www.redcross.org/jobs.

Note that their website is currently experiencing high volumes of
traffic.

Good luck.
