I mean no disrespect, but I wouldn't use either Word or (especially)
Publisher to produce a newsletter. My recommendation is FrameMaker; I used
it to produce our STC chapter newsletter
(www.stc-jamesriver.org/newsletter.htm). It works well, it easily converts
to PDF, and it doesn't require a lot of "hand-holding."
