That normally results in sciatic problems, thus a pain 
in the butt... er, patootie... and shooting down one leg.
It's mostly the imbalance that's the problem. Your tilted 
pelvis puts unbalanced pressure on the disk at L5 and 
one or the other sciatic nerve gets trapped/pinched.

Fortunately, my employer's almost non-existent dress-code 
allows me to wear cargo pants (cargo shorts in summer) 
so I can leave back pockets empty.  

Even when I do carry a wallet there, I've started using 
a little "Amphipod" pouch to carry some essential cards, 
keys, etc. Thus the wallet under one cheek and the Amphipod 
under the other keep me on an even keel. Then when I go 
running, the keys and emergency ID are in the pouch, ready 
to go.
