Olympus DM-20
Captures about 20 hrs of audio at a high res
has a built-in microphone that gets info from all over the room during a
training session.
I upload to my PC with the plug and play connector, save as AVI, and edit
in WavePad (free basic editing software available - check Google for their
site)

I used the reviews on Amazon to make my pick - there may be something more
up-to-date (I've had mine about 6 mos) out there.

It's less expensive than the I-River, and the quality is better.
