Jefro,
"Corp-Corp" usually means that you have set up a company (corporation, LLC,
etc.) and that company contracts with the client to provide your services to
the client. Your company invoices the client for your hours & reimbursable
expenses (per the contract). Your company pays you (as a 1099 independent
contractor) and is responsible to provide you, the independent contractor,
and the taxing agencies (federal and state) with the appropriate tax
information/forms.
Be sure to have and use good accounting software if you go this route.
