Hi Joe,

Excellent description for Internationalization and Localization! I certainly don't claim to be an expert, but it looks like my company is actually using the correct terms for what they are doing and I had merely not heard of the Internationalization one before.

Mapping work is expected and understood. I am trying to eliminate hand coding (if possible) for the translations, however. I hope to hear more from others on this subject.
