Only! Just saw a bit on the TV news saying that the
average employee (but of course not the avg TW) spends
2.8 hours a day doing non-work stuff. (Surfing the net
for personal reasons is a big part of this.) How are
such activities to be documented? - after all this is
such a big part of what most people REALLY do.

And if the avg employee is spending 2.8 hours a day
goofing off, what do you think the chances are that
during the other 5.2 hours of the day he/she is
striving to be efficient and effective (versus doing
the easiest thing possible while trying to make it
look as important as possible)?

The above is cynical, however, it highlights the
difficulty of writing truly useful procedural
documentation - ISO or otherwise: It may require
bringing alot of graft to light - dangerous work!
