To all,

Is any of the DOCUMENTATION documentation (narrative) placed in a MS Project
(or similar WBS) that shows the timing, reviews, desired participants, etc?

This should be included as part of the organizations master project plan.

Remember, that it is actually part of the big bucket that must be 'filled'
before the project ends.

Using a project tracking application goes a long way to setting things up
for the critical path of all of the project's needs.

On my last project i lead a team that created a Visio diagram of the entire
process from "Oh, we have to do a document" through to the final signoff for
'delivery' of the document. (Whether it was internal or for external use.)

Then, we wrote up the process and procedures. This 'model' was then put
into MS Project for each document to be produced.

Hope this helps someone.

Harry
