The terminology I use is Available or Unavailable. If you can't read the
button label, the button is unavailable. If the button is available, that
means it is active, because "available" means "available to click".

I'm usually pretty good with UI, but I cannot make out what your button's
label is (if any), what the button does when clicked, and what "colored in"
is referring to -- what is colored in? The background?
