Hi all,

Has anyone used DITA, Docbook or similar to document computer hardware? Particularily memory maps and hardware register definitions.

Although Docbook claims to be good for computer software AND "hardware", I haven't found anything useful for documenting memory maps or register definitions.

Are there suitable extenions to either DITA or Docbook???

Thanks,
