1. Your company has a lot of "grunt" work that they "call" Technical Writing such as, conversion from Word to XML or a lot of editing old documents.

2. Your company does not care about quality, just quantity.

3. Your company can takes no value in the Engineer/Writer working relationship

4. Your company sees only the bottom line



You will be outsourced.



I have seen it happen and it will continue to happen. The larger the company, the better chance of outsourcing.
