Not usre if you understand what's going on :-)
There are certificates, which you hang on the wall, and
certifications, which give you letters you can put after your name
(i.e., PMP)
Certificates are easy, and you get them after copmpleteing a course.
Certification is a topic that creates a great deal of heat and heated
discussion on this list...and is pretty much me against almost
everyone else.
