Ashaki:

# Is there a way to track changes in PPT besides the
# add a comment
# feature?

There's a "compare" feature in PPT. So if your SME's check their revisions
into VSS or s.th. Similar you can compare the revs and detect the diffs.

# -Is there a tool or easier process from us going from PPT >
# Word (training
# manual) > RoboHelp (online tutorial)?

You can save the *outline* of a PPT as RTF and bring the structure to word
(as you can import word outlines to ppt).

Since Word can deal with HTML it might be possible to save the presentation
in a Web format and read it from there ... just guessing.

HTH,

Franz-Josef
