You folks need to get a life ;) <just KIDDING!!>
If I have a day where I get a lot accomplished or complete some
exceptionally challenging task well, I may have a boost to my mood,
but an unproductive day certainly doesn't bring me down.
Of course, to me, unproductive is having plenty to do and not getting
much accomplished (because of interruptions, delays by others,
etc.). I never have days where I am unproductive because I don't
have anything to do (boredom? light work load? what is *that*?).
Lack of challenging work would most certainly affect my mood.
