Among technical writers, Word's styles are known as tools of the trade.
They are used (among other things) for *avoiding* Word's broken
auto-bullet/numbering functions -- by combining styles with SEQ and
ListNum.

If I pressed Alt+F9 and saw that the candidate was using SEQ fields, I
would definitely sit up and take notice.
