Hi Peter,

CAPS are used to avoid confusing acronyms/abbreviations with regular words
that are spelled the same. Q: Which word isn't an acronym or abbreviation:
"can not be too careful"
A: CAN NOT BE too CARE FUL (OK, I cheated on "careful")
