Hi,

So, should an online help have chapter numbers?

I have heard the same from our support department, as we have modular products that "share" chapters. And that means -AARrggghh- variable chapter numbers - how will the support desk ever cope!

They do have a good point though. For online stuff it seems the usual approach is to use topic IDs or similar, but thats not really my bag :)
