It would be interesting to find an employer who DID look at BROAD experience
instead on only a Degree, or an ABSOLUTELY tool-based organization.

The 'grey-hairs' have a lot to pass on based on our experience and
capabilities.

The 'agile mind' and the 'technical writing' capability would normally count
for something, regardless of the 'age' of the 'carrier'.

I have had a lot of favorable comments on my resume - capabilities -
experience - industries,
but we are looking for a detailed specialist and we don't think you would
fit in. (i.e., round peg in square hole).

It is amazing to see what prospective employers 'are not buying'.

I would be glad to get employment where I could NOT do everything that I
have done in the past.

Oh, well.....

Back to again reinventing the resume, on a resume submission by resume
submission basis.

Harry M. Bacheler, Jr.

Just another grey hair.
