To be fair, the product always worked, but the level of user
involvement was higher in earlier versions. Now there is virtually no
need for custom building blocks and the like. The product is and has
been mature for some time.

WinHelp != RoboHelp. RoboHelp is just as good at producing WinHelp as
any other tool that produces WinHelp.
