Could we can the personal attacks on this list? That would include the way a person looks, talks, and writes. 

I personally enjoyed Rahul's post. It was vigorous, strongly felt and colourful. He may not be a native speaker of English, like many on the list. He may not be writing in the same style he would use to write a manual. So what? There is space for all.
