That's the one I tired. There are ample complaints on newsgroups about
exactly the problems I've had--out of memory errors (I have 768MB
available + large swap file) and slow conversion time. It seems like a
badly written macro in PDFMaker.
Thanks for the links, though, will go through their troubleshooting tips.
