Yes, but bear in mind that doing so is not a guarantee of success and happiness at work (there is no such guarantee, ever). There will always be people above you in the corporate hierarchy who feel threatened by you and will find an excuse to thwart your success and happiness. Always have a current résumé on your home computer ;-)
