In this case...(as opposed to specifying a document/type directly)

1.7 Hard Copy Location
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

I'd consider going with "1.7 Document Repository" which would work into the
future even if the document moves to an electronic format. The assumption
would be that if you specify a physical location (building X at location Y)
everyone should understand the document is printed where a virtual address
in the future (URL or shared drive) might change that.
