Hi--

Dick makes an EXCELLENT point on this...  I'd take it back to basics for 
the bulk of the system, maybe including training guides per role or even 
writing it from the role perspective...  It is HARD to build, QA and 
maintain.  UGH.

IP's system...  It was such a VAST difference, that they really had to do 
it that way.  YUCK!
