Hi Nandini,

Ask not, "Which is better for technical writers?" Ask rather, "Which is
better for the company?" What are the relative availability and cost of
Japanese translators with FrameMaker and/or Word skills? Which employees
will need to edit the documents in the future, and do they know Frame?

Finally, consider joining the Word-PC list
(http://listserv.liv.ac.uk/archives/word-pc.html) -- it's where the mavens
hang out, and they'll answer any Word question you throw at them.
