The detailed program of the 7th international General Online Research
conference (GOR) is now available at http://www.gor.de/program.html
The conference will take place March 21-23, 2005 at the University of
Zurich (Switzerland).
It is organized by the German Society for Online Research (DGOF e.V.)
in collaboration with the department of Social and Business
Psychology, Prof. Dr. Klaus Jonas and PD Dr. Ulf-Dietrich Reips,
University of Zurich.
The program includes about 140 oral and poster presentations on
topics such as the digital divide & digital inequality, online
groups, social networks online and offline, leadership and internet,
e-commerce, e-democracy, science and the internet, e-health, website
evaluation, blogs. Traditionally there is a continuing set of
sessions focussing on methodological questions concerning issues of
online data collection.
The keynote, "People and Data", will be held by Prof. Andreas Weigend
(Stanford University, USA; former chief scientist of Amazon.com).
Moreover, we offer a tutorial workshop program that covers key topics
of the field of internet science:
