'Certified' goes back to the "brown shoe days" before I arrived on the
scene. Years ago when there were more bodies in the operations room,
there were air techs, ground techs, and then certified G****** techs.

The idea of implementing that classification again is being considered.
With that, there are some techs who do not need the screen shots,
post-command results, etc. And then there are the techs who do not
perform certain procedures that often that need the assistance of the
features I added. These features I added were not present before I
started on here, i.e. screen shots, monitor displays.

I should also point out that my documentation is in-house and only
certain people perform the procedures. But, there has been suggestions
that the techs with more experience would rather have docs with only the
commands and 86 the rest.
