Well, this is interesting. I also have a Masters in Library Science,
although my specialty was technical services (i.e., cataloging, as
opposed to reference. Where this has helped me is in the area of
indexing, classifying, and otherwise facilitating access to documents,
relevant sections of help files, etc.
