Matt,
Have you looked at the Microsoft's Office Word 2003 SDK option? I
haven't tried this but have been looking at the information on MSDN.

Hi,

I need to convert XML files to MS Word documents. Please suggest a tool
(preferably Open Source/Freeware).

Best regards,

Matt
