But you said the C key, so naturally I pressed the key marked "Shift" to make it a capital "C" along with the Ctrl key. Why didn't it work the way you said?

this operation, firmly press down on and hold the
Control key (labeled or marked Ctrl on the key itself)
on the keyboard or laptop in front of you while -- at
the same time -- pressing the C key on the same
keyboard. For assistance on using this function,

I dare any editor to make it clearer than that!
