I know that MS recently released some statement to the effect that they
were attempting to bring on people who would produce documentation
that was more "journalistic" and user friendly. Maybe these docs were
prepared by someone who took the time to look at some actual
keyboards...

If you are using Microsoft
Outlook, for example, the File menu has shows the Print command shortcut
as Ctrl+P instead of CTRL+P.

Does anyone know why they deviate from there standard here? Is this a
different standard for all the UI text? I tried to find some additional
examples other than the software menus but couldn't find anything.
