It's a display driver issue. Your display is not refreshing realtime as you
scroll. Did you check the display card mfr's site for XP drivers, or just
let XP install its own?
We recently upgraded to XP, and Word 2003 is doing strange things to our
images. When we scroll, the inserted bitmaps disappear. They come back
when we change the percentage of the zoom, but only for the current
page. I searched the archives and did a quick Google search, but I can't
find the answer. The Google search found suggestions that it's an issue
with XP and SP2, the video card, or various views or settings. I've
tried all the suggestions for views and settings, but they didn't work.
Any advice? Thanks in advance!
