That's a load of bull. You hire someone with the experience required
for the position. Most hiring managers are not going to hire someone
with 20 years of experience into an entry level job; you're asking for
trouble in one way or another by doing that.

No hard numbers can answer that. But yes, an entry level person makes
less than an experienced person.

Somewhere between minimum wage and a lot. ;-) There are too many
factors to answer this question with any level of accuracy.
