Well, if you document software, then it's the software you need to
document that should be at the top of the list.
And of course, the software you need to know in order to do your job.
But as for which is better between FM, Word, and other tools, the
question is moot. These are all tools you use to get your work done,
and the tool will change given the work you need to do and the
environment you're working in.
