1. Penn State
2. Journalism then I switched to a General Social Sciences major (but I
had enough coursework to qualify for a degree in Women's Studies).
3. I lucked into it. They thought they needed a secretary type and
hired a temp and I hustled my way into the job I have now by grabbing
chances at training and taking on interesting projects.
4. Not at my present job, with benefits taking 25% of my gross pay, a
2% raise last year, and take-home pay low enough to qualify for a
partial school lunch subsidy, were I a single parent. I'm presently
looking to leave the giant aerospace/govt. IT contractor I'm with.

Hello, all,

I was just wondering about your backgrounds and
trining in T.W.

I have a few questions:

Where did you go to school?
What was your major?
How did you end up in this industry?
Does its future look bright?

Just curious.

Thanks,
Anthony Hernandez
