I have just seen this year's STC salary survey and am dismayed to see that, yet again, men make more $$ than women despite the fact that women outnumber men by about two to one. What are your comments about this situation? How can we fix it? I'd especially like to hear from those of you who are managers.

Can you mention exactly what the difference in salary is? In the past, it's only been a matter of a few thousand - obviously not ideal, but far better than in most professions.
