Employers are just going to have to get used
to people having an online trail, and focus on
facts and qualifications. The way a person "behaves"
online doesn't necessarily say much about how
they'll behave in a cubicle, or meeting room.
Certainly most people spell better in business
communications than online ;)
In fact at some point being an online mystery
man may become a black mark - what do you have
to hide? Are you tech-averse and anti-social?
;) Not that this approach makes any more sense ...
