I have contracted on and off over the last decade. I am currently in a
good situation contracting for 2 different companies. In the past I
have always just gone the 1099 route. One of my clients no longer
wants to 1099 me and is requiring me to either find a company to bill
through, or incorporate.

As I see it I have the following options:
1. Ditch the client (do not want to do).
2. Become an LLC.
3. Become an S-Corp.
4. Find an agency to bill through.

My suspicion is that moving away from my current scenario will be a
benefit for me anyhow.

I am not asking the LLC vs S-Corp... that is too much a "it depends"
question. I am curious if folks have any experience with any good
agencies. I have just begun my search, and have so far looked at a
company called PacePros.

For those with experience with these types of organizations, what have
you seen as the pluses and minuses?
