By FAQ, do you really mean "Answers to the questions that our users most frequently asked" or is
this just what _you_ think should be known?

>From online, I'm fed up with artificial FAQs which are just some place for the enterprise to dump
marketing information on the reader/user - again. Very often it just repeats perfectly visible
information.
