Hi,
Using FrameMaker 7.1 on Windows XP, I generated a book file with multiple chapters. Then I create a PDF file with Adobe Distiller 6.0. Although the TOC generates perfectly well, only the bookmarks for chapter headings show up in the PDF file. That is, there are no bookmarks for Headings 1, 2, or 3. Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening? Thanks.
