Yes, that is what it said. They consider 1-2 years of experience in
some kind of professional or technical writing a prerequisite for entry
into their particular industry. As I said, "entry level" doesn't always
mean "you have no work experience;" in this case, it just means, "you
have no or limited work experience in our industry."
